Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-09 · effective 9 Oct 2026 · Novalink Labs, Inc.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Solara is a business operations service run by Novalink Labs, Inc. ("we"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, joins an organization, or uses a client portal on Solara.

If you create an organization, you accept these terms for yourself and on behalf of the business you name, and you confirm you're allowed to.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.

Owners and admins decide who joins their organization and what they can see. Client portal users see only what the organization shares with them.

3. Your data

Your organization owns the records it puts into Solara: clients, contracts, timesheets, invoices, payments and documents. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for having the right to store the information you add, including other people's personal details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Solara to break the law, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to attack, probe or overload the service.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

5. Signatures, invoices and payments

Typed-name acknowledgements in Solara record who agreed, when, and from which device. Whether they meet the formal requirements for a particular document in your jurisdiction is for you to check.

Solara records invoices and payments; it doesn't hold or move money. Any payment is between you and the other party.

6. Fees

If your plan has fees, they're shown before you're charged. We'll give notice before changing them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Solara available and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the version date and ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

8. Ending

You can stop using Solara at any time. An Owner can ask us to close their organization and export its records first.

We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
